Devised by Junior Youth Theatre and scripted by Sarah Miller with choreography by Fenfen Huang

During the autumn of 2008, our Junior Youth Theatre worked with playwright Sarah Miller, director Rachel Ashton and dancer/choreographer Fenfen Huang to adapt the ancient Chinese story of ‘Monkey’. The original story is a huge and complex epic not unlike ‘The Odyssey’. We chose to adapt just the first part of that story.
