Thanks so much for bringing your young actors company over to DT3 last week. Our Youth Theatre members thoroughly enjoyed both productions and were very impressed by the skill and ability of the company. From the moment they arrived the young actors behaved as a professional touring company, their attitude and commitment to the get in, rigging and to warming up were 100 percent. The team were very polite and treated our venue with the upmost respect, approaching any potential problems or issues with positivity and confidence. The performances were different in style and form and both were extremely engaging. The actors were skilled at ‘doubling up’ and created effective and believable characters. My personal favourite ‘Surfacing’ was beautifully performed with pitch perfect characters and real clarity of storytelling. The fact that the company had rehearsed three plays in only four weeks is a massive testament to all of their abilities and they should feel confident in recognising themselves as professional actors!
