Train to Spain


Devised by the cast with Rachel Ashton and Kat Kelly and scripted by Jamie Cubiss

Performed at Theatre by the Lake, Keswick in February 2014


A physical comedy created using eight plastic chairs and a dog suit, performed by Barrow Youth Theatre 4 members.


It is 1936; Europe is on the brink of trouble. We are on a train, it is going to Spain. It is full of suspicious characters . . . spies, plotters, soldiers of fortune, adventuresses, poets, tea drinkers and downright filthy rotters. “Tickets please!”
